"I bought these years ago and loved them so much that I bought them in bulk on sale. I’ve come back to refill my supply and now I can’t have the apostrophe in my name printed? How many people have this issue? It has kinda ruined them for me -they lose the classy professional touch when they can’t even manage a common name."

"I’ve gotten these cards twice in the past, and loved them. Tried a slightly different layout; additional lines. Unfortunately, when lines are added, the fonts are smaller. When I got the cards, I could barely read the additional lines. Sought help from customer service; while the tone was polite, only alternative was to pay to have them reprinted. Overall, disappointed with transaction."

- How do I personalize the note cards? It doesn't let me add anything.
- Once you select the font, ink, and paper color, click on "Personalize It". Then select from the drop down option your number of lines and begin personalizing.
