Worst Case of terrible customer service ever!!!

"If I could give less than 1 star, that would still be too high of a review. Placed an order for these file folders in May!!! I have not heard ANYTHING from Levenger regarding status of shipment. I log into the site and see they are delayed until at least mid-August! Where is the customer service support?!!!"
