Poorly Constructed

"This is a useful piece of furniture that is poorly constructed. I have two of these bookcases. Both of them have top pieces where the securing plugs don’t fit into the accompanying holes because the holes are off by just a a few degrees. The top piece of wood, therefore, won’t rest flatly in place. When I contacted Levenger about this problem, they told me it was my fault for not putting the furniture together properly. My contractor, who is a professional woodworker, then tried to put the bookcase together, and he ran into the same problem I did. Buy this piece of furniture at your peril!"

"This is the third piece of no-room furniture I've purchased and frankly I'm disappointed. The wood on this is not nearly as nicely finished as the previous pieces, there is one section that is quite rough and it's dull looking. I'll keep it because it's too much trouble to box and return it. Look at the first two photos compared to the beautiful finish on one of the previous purchases."

Top shelf clearance is 10” Bottom shelf clearance is 10 1/4”
Would Cubi boxes fit on the shelves of this bookcase? I have three that I'd like to store differently near my desk and would like to put them on this bookcase if they will fit.
Cubi Bookcase will not fit on book shelves they are too big. The Bookcase shelves are not deep enough Cubi Bookcase.
