"I’ve gotten these cards twice in the past, and loved them. Tried a slightly different layout; additional lines. Unfortunately, when lines are added, the fonts are smaller. When I got the cards, I could barely read the additional lines. Sought help from customer service; while the tone was polite, only alternative was to pay to have them reprinted. Overall, disappointed with transaction."

How do I personalize the note cards? It doesn't let me add anything.
Once you select the font, ink, and paper color, click on "Personalize It". Then select from the drop down option your number of lines and begin personalizing.
