3 out of the four refills were perfect

"One refill (Fisher pressurized, blue) was bent at a 30° angle from shipping. Just a lightly padded envelope was used, no stiffener (taped to a piece of cardboard would have likely sufficed) to help prevent the damage. The refills are great, just the packaging needs a little attention. One will not be able to be used as I'm sure if I try to straighten it it will break. I did contact customer service the day I received the package but no response thus far. Levenger has been great to deal with in the past, this has been the only flaw."
