Finally! It is beautiful

"My friends and I purchased the purple travel case for our friend who was retiring. We ordered it on the 6th of November and paid for express shipping (2-3 business days) for her party on the 15th. By November 10th, it still was not delivered. Since there is no customer service phone number on the website, I “chatted” using texts with a representative. She was trying to help. She said she ordered a free replacement that would be delivered “by the 15th”. It came Monday, November 17th. That, of course, was too late for the party. When we did receive it, to was beautiful and nice quality. Just keep in mind, you might not get it “for the gift giving day”"
