Quality Paper and Feel
"The semi-soft cover and quality of paper are my favorite features. The paper is nice to write using a fountain pen. Smooth, but absorbent enough to not smear. Also nice are the perforated pages, elastic page marker and folders in the back. The orange color is nice too. I wish this was not a generic calendar though, as I much prefer to have the days of the week associated with the date, as well as monthly pages in the front."

Versatile use
"I adapted the journal layout for my daily medical journal. I need to make labels to affix to the top of each page but for now, I write in these daily stat categories: Slept, Glucose test, BP-P-ECG, Weight, Bathroom, Exercise legs, Pain/Mood. Below, across each single page, categories are listed: Time, Symptoms, Meds, Food. I save your side column for Action notes….order refill meds, activity before or after symptoms & meds, etc. The slim journal size fits nicely in my bedside meds and treatment bag but having less pages means a new journal every three months. Definitely doable!! Great journal for its versatility. Can you make the labels for me?"
