"This is a beautiful pen and it feels comfortable to the hand. I am very pleased but I bought this as a gift and it was supposed to be engraved and it wasn't. This aspect was disappointing. Would recommend with a caveat to be certain of personalization."

"This is the second Levenger pen I have purchased from you. While the outside cases are beautiful, it is the ink I have issue with. I chose blue ink with a broad tip. It is CONSTANTLY running dry while in the midst of writing, which is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. When I buy an item of this stature, as you purport it to be, I expect a flawless pen and penmanship. I’m not getting that."
