". . . for the reader in your life. I purchased the Apex Book Niche in natural cherry wood for my spouse -- the niche was a well-received gift. It keeps periodicals and a book (or two) in a well defined space: the "apex" keeps the page you left-off in your book; the felted rectangle for a mobile device keeps the phone at the ready. My only suggestion for an improvement in future iterations of this product would be to have some kind of protective barrier between the cherry wood and beverage container area. We simply placed a coaster in the space so condensation or heat does not mar the wood. The niche is attractive, compact, functional, and provides a unique system to organize one's reading area."

Lacking Coaster

"This is an interesting well thout out item. It is nicely constructed and very attractive. The cell phone space isn't big enough to accommodate a large phone but space is limited (and phones keep growing). The phone space has a padded insert which is nice. However, the cup space has no coaster of any sort. It seems odd to me that the one area that would see spills or sweating from glasses is unprotected. A removeable cork coaster would be a great, inexpensive addition that would go a long way towards maintaining the look of the Book Niche."
