Ils regrettaient sa sensation substantielle en main, son corps à 7 facettes solidement construit en laiton usiné, sa silhouette intemporelle. Et comme toujours, le client avait raison. Le L-Tech Infinity est en effet un stylo pour les siècles. Nous sommes ravis de ramener ce favori de Levenger dans un nouveau mode de stylo à bille de précision. Également disponible en mode Stylo Bille Easy Flow.

Excellent customer service, terrible product

"Customer service was excellent but, unfortunately, the product quality has dropped significantly since the last time I purchased a pen from Levenger. I lost my beloved L-Tech Infinity pen that I had owned and used for nearly a decade. It was the perfect pen in weight and writing smoothness. I ordered another and the twisting mechanism is extremely stiff and the pen won't retract upon closing. Thinking this was a problem with that specific pen, I was sent another and found the same exact issues occurring. Customer service was prompt, thoughtful and helpful on both occasions but, unfortunately, I have to search for another pen company because the product quality from Levenger has become unacceptable."

"This is very nice pen, and I expect to use it frequently. It is quite comfortable to use. I don't have large hands, and this pen is not large. I especially like pens that don't have a cap because they can easily fall off when in use. I immediately changed the refill to a Monteverde and it writes like a champ. I liked the pen so much I purchased a second one."

"I was pleased to see the reintroduction of the infinity pen as I had misplaced the one I've had and enjoyed for years. So when I received the new one, I was disappointed that it did not have the touchscreen tip. Upon looking again at the website listing, I can now see the flat end. What I get for assumptions. But it is a great pen."
