"Working from home during the pandemic, my Apple mouse for my Mac laptop for work has been SO loud on the desk whenever I move it. The problem with Apple mice is that they don't work with regular cloth-based mousepads like IBM/PC mice do -- but one day I realized that the mouse worked fine and didn't make noise when I was using it on my leather-like-topped lap desk, and I realized I should go to the Levenger website and buy a leather mousepad!
