Looks great with 3/4 inch aluminum discs.

"Stable to write on (both top and bottom covers) and feels good in my hand. Also the 3/4 inch aluminum discs (sold separately) make these look like a million bucks, if you don't mind a thicker notepad. It fits nicely in my shirt pocket. (I shop at the big and tall store.) I found the cards mine came with hard to write on but the dot grid refills you can order are great, or you can buy a Circa punch and use any 3x5 index cards."
