Although its refills are small, they last a long time. To refill, open barrel, unscrew refill and then pull off top piece; Push the top piece over the new refill, screw the refill into the barrel then reassemble the barrel. They are the standard small size and we offer our usual high-quality, German-made Levenger mini pen refills in a set of five.
